Orders

Payment

If you choose a financing plan through a third party, you agree to the relevant third party’s terms and conditions. Your obligation to pay under such a plan is a separate agreement between you and the third-party provider.
Availability and Cancellations
All purchases made through the Site are subject to product availability. While we endeavor to keep our stock information up-to-date, we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to delivery. This may occur due to stock shortages, incorrect pricing, or errors in product descriptions. If a cancellation occurs, we will notify you, and you may choose between a refund, store credit, or backorder.
Delivery
We will arrange for delivery of your products to the address provided at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates only, and we will not be liable for any delays. Risk and title in the products pass to you upon delivery.
Returns and Warranties

Each Party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts and waives any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts. The Site may be accessed in Australia and overseas. We make no representation that the Site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside of Australia. If you access the Site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place you access the Site.
